Delivery and pick-up services
We offer two types of delivery and pick-up services to best meet your needs:
1. Tailgate delivery and pick-up: rental equipment is off-loaded at the back of our van and picked up at the same location
2. Special delivery and pick-up: rental equipment is off-loaded and carried to an alternate location and picked up at the same location. Additional labor charges apply.
Please insure that the delivery and pick-up areas are cleared of all vehicles or other obstacles prior to the arrival of our team and truck. We charge for wait time.

Our reservation deposit policy
We do not hold rental items until a non-refundable reservation deposit has been paid. Reservations that are made within 30 days of the scheduled use date must be paid in full. If your scheduled date is more than 30 days away, you are required to pay half of the total contract charge upfront and the remaining balance in full no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled date. Rental contracts that are $200 or less are required to be paid in full in advance. Reservations are non-refundable. No exceptions.
